We all experience microaggressions and microtraumas, though some are more impacted than others. The invisible burdens of the so-called "small hurts" can add up. The unseen and mostly unacknowledged effects on mental health and well-being can lead to significant changes in our behaviour towards others. It affects how we teach our children and determines how we interact with co-workers and strangers. So, how can we rebuild?
