Booking and Payment Terms 2.1 Booking Policy: Private clients: You can reschedule your individual appointment session with at least 24 hours' notice. Group clients: Group sessions cannot be rescheduled. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations made within the notice period, you may reschedule or receive a refund minus any applicable transaction and enrollment fees. 2.2 Payments: All payments must be made in full at the time of booking through our secure payment gateway. Purchase, Refunds, & Cancellations Policy
When you purchase a workshop, course, program, or membership plan, you'll receive single or repeat deliveries of the services, products, or events associated with the workshop, course, program, or plan for the duration of the stated workshop or plan. For Individual Workshops & Retreats: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event will receive a full credit toward a future session. No refunds for late cancellations. For Corporate Training: Cancellation policies vary by contract. Contact us for details. If you purchased a workshop as a payment plan or a subscription, your payments or subscriptions will expire after the service period stated in the plan. For Payment Plans and Monthly or Annual Subscriptions: Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged repeatedly for service delivery (subscription) unless you choose to pay the total amount in advance using the one-time payment option. Automatic Renewals: Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. You can cancel if you do not want to renew a subscription. If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so any time before the next payment cycle. Your order confirmation emails have links to your subscription order, and you can manage your subscription from there. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or withdrawals. If you missed a session in your program or workshop and would like additional support to get back on track, please email us at support@reyoumindfulness.com. All subscriptions and payment plans are subject to a minimum CAD30 enrollment fee. This fee may be waived or refunded for plan renewals and upgrades.
