Welcome to Reyou 

I founded the Reyou Mindfulness Collective in 2020 out of a desperate need for relatable tools and resources to support my mental health recovery. If you are here, you know that clinical approaches to mental health are invaluable; but for many of us, it is not enough to get us back to our best selves.

 

The Reyou approach is rooted in the belief that by embracing mindfulness, narrative inquiry, and introspection, individuals can unlock their full potential, build meaningful communities, and lead fulfilling lives even after significant mental health disruptions. Reyou offers a range of personalized programs and workshops designed to empower clients to cultivate a resilient mindset and navigate life's challenges with clarity and purpose.

Our work is grounded in trauma-sensitive and evidence-based frameworks that use mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), writing, storytelling, and community-building practices to help individuals and groups rediscover their strengths. 

Our mission is to make a social impact by providing accessible and sustainable mental wellness tools that stick with you through life's transitions.
