Take a mindful pause with our monthly guided meditation sessions, designed to help you reconnect with your breath, body, and inner voice. Led live on Zoom, each 50-minute session invites you into a supportive group practice where you’ll experience evidence-based mindfulness techniques rooted in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
Whether you’re new to meditation or deepening an existing practice, this series offers a grounding monthly rhythm to help you reduce stress, sharpen focus, and nurture emotional balance.
What to Expect:
A gentle welcome and guided setup
20–30 minutes of gentle, guided MBSR meditation (expect seated, standing, movement, or visualization practices)
