Join us for a refreshing spin on our monthly group check-in, now outdoors for summer! This in-person community gathering combines the casual comfort of a coffee date with the grounding energy of mindful movement and peer support.
We’ll start with a gentle art walk, take in the scenery, and then settle into a cozy group check-in circle to share progress, ask questions, and offer support.
Whether you’re working through a Reyou program or e-course or just navigating your own path—this is a space to reconnect, reflect, and refocus.
