About the event
We host new guided meditation practice sessions live via Zoom once a month. Sessions are recorded and archived in our resource library so you can return to the practice when needed or as part of your program steps. All guided meditations follow mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) techniques and are secular and inclusive.
Please join the session five minutes early to check your connection and microphone. For the session, please keep your cameras on and your microphones on mute. After the guided practice, you can unmute and speak during the group reflection session. We ask that you observe noble silence during the online meditation practice session. This means joining the session quietly and with as little disruption as possible, refraining from 'small-talk' and side discussions, and bringing intentionality to the purpose of the gathering.
