Cancellation Policy
Please contact us at least 24 hours to cancel or reschedule. Private Clients: - Private coaching sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. - Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session will not be accommodated, and the session will be forfeited. Group Clients: - Group coaching sessions cannot be rescheduled. Please ensure you attend your scheduled sessions, as no make-up sessions are available for missed appointments. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice will not incur any penalties. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the session fee, and no refunds will be provided.
