Dr. Patlee Creary
Principal Consultant & Managing Director
Reyou was founded by Dr. Patlee Creary, an award-winning educator, researcher, and leader with over two decades of experience helping organizations navigate complex internal friction, structural change, and strategic growth.
Dr. Creary holds a PhD in Peace and Conflict Studies, an MA in Political Studies, and a BSc in International Relations and Public Administration. She also holds various qualifications in business development and change management. As an adult educator, social entrepreneur, and executive director, she specializes in translating complex organizational vision into practical, human-centered operations.
Community & Social Impact
A Certified Higher Education Teacher through the University of Manitoba, she is also the Co-Founder and Executive Director of The StoryBridge Network, where she guides governance and operational initiatives that strengthen community belonging and cross-cultural understanding.
