In this welcoming 50-minute session, you’ll explore different mindful journaling techniques—such as reflective writing, gratitude journaling, and self-inquiry—to help reduce stress, deepen self-awareness, and cultivate emotional balance.
Whether you're new to journaling or looking to strengthen your practice, these sessions offer a supportive space to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself so you can improve your mental well-being.
