Welcome to the Reyou Mindfulness Collective Mindfulness/MBSR Online Program. Join us on a journey of self-discovery and awareness through live guided meditation sessions and community practice led by experienced MBSR facilitators. This online program offers a safe space for participants to unwind, relax, and connect with like-minded individuals. You can join the program anytime with a paid community membership. Choose from 30-Day, 90-Day, or Annual subscription plans to get started. Immerse yourself in mindfulness-based stress reduction practices, breathing techniques, and visualization exercises to enhance your mental well-being. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced meditator, practicing independently or joining us live online, this program caters to all levels. Experience the power of group meditation as we support each other on the path to mindfulness and well-being. What to expect: This group program provides a balanced mix of live sessions, focused challenges, and regular check-ins. It allows participants to build, expand, and deepen their mindfulness and MBSR practice as they progress through the curriculum. You can expect to engage in synchronous (live online activities) and asynchronous (activities you complete offline or in your own time). Participants who sign up with a quarterly subscription plan will have access to optional bonus events and one-on-one meetings at no additional charge. Note: Subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time.
